I am so much satisfied with their service. they are very professional satrting with the guy who picked up the phone to the delivery guy both were so polite and very assistant. They came on time for drop off and pick up. it was amazing working with them. We rented Goblets, Flutes, Dinner Plates, Salad Plates, Knives and Forks for 60 people. The ordering process was clear. The delivery and pickup of all the items went smoothly. I was really happy with the service. Nice supply store, if you're throwing a party.
I can't say enough good things about Sunshine Party and Tent Rentals! They were absolutely amazing and made sure our event went off without a hitch. I had initially booked a different venue for the tent, but a week before the event, they told me I was double booked. It was a total nightmare, but Paul and Jimela from Sunshine Party and Tent Rentals came to the rescue. They quickly organized multiple site visits until we found a new venue that worked perfectly. Let me tell you, these guys were a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The tent they set up looked incredible, and the chairs and tablecloths were spotlessly clean. They even delivered everything right on time, despite the rainy weather. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception because they truly helped me throw an amazing party! Trust me, just go with Sunshine Party and Tent Rentals, and you won't be disappointed.
The lady was VERY rude. She made us drive back and forth like 3 times. Instead of being sincere about it she kept arguing how she is all alone and she does not have her guys here. And then she goes if u dont want my stuff leave them. It sounded I am giving her my service to her and not the other way around.
I highly recommend Sunshine Party Rentals and Supplies. Everything was perfect. From delivery to setting up our venue. The owner, Jimela, is very accomodating for last minute changes and add ons too. Very professional. She give her best of the best to make the customer happy and satisfied. Prices are also cheaper than other rental companies in GTA.
