I was speaking to this company about a project and midway through they just ghosted me. I ended up finding someone really amazing, but I’m not sure why these guys completely dropped the ball. A heads up would have been nice.
Love their work but disappointed with their lack of service. I don’t understand how any business can simply ignore replying to customers. It’s great that you’re so busy that you don’t need new clientele but a simple ‘hello, sorry but we are unable to book at this time’ would go a long way.
