My husband and I got married September 14, 2025. The forecast was calling for rain as of August 31 and we decided last minute we needed a tent. I emailed Vincent tent and event rentals and the very next day (which was a holiday) I not only had a response to my inquiry but a quote. Having been planning the wedding, I have dealt with a lot of vendors and I have to say no one was more responsive by email than Vincent tents, they emailed me back so fast. It was as if we were texting. With their staff’s knowledgeable about their product, we found the perfect tent for our day. We chose a 30 x 30 clear top tent and it did not end up raining, but we did not regret how beautiful the tent made the reception space. The employees that came to set up and take down were quick and efficient. Extremely professional company and we couldn’t be happier. We 100% recommend!

The chairs and tables are very sturdy and high quality—way better than I could have found in a retail store—and the rental price was very reasonable. Pick-up and drop-off was a breeze and your staff are so pleasant and helpful. The kids loved having a party table for themselves and we received many compliments on the chairs from all the families attending. We will not hesitate to rent from you again and we will definitely recommend your rentals to friends and family.
I’m a regular guy, not an event planner, and rented a few things for a baby shower. They were very responsive over email, answered all my questions, and adjusted my order several times as I needed more things. The pickup/drop off was smooth and the equipment worked fine. For other readers, I rented electric coffee urns which worked great for keeping catered coffee/tea/chai hot, with milk already mixed in. Beverage tubs for canned drinks on ice. And coat racks with hangers. Everything was great. I would use this company again!
