Poor customer services. Only two people worked at the counter despite long line up plus their attitude are rude & not friendly. I won't go back no matter what.
The worst place I have ever seen dealing with customers I am new to Canada and of course I don't know how things are going here because it is quite different from where I came. When I ask them for help they impersonating our words talk to each other in Chinese and laughing and mocking us. So unprofessional behavior for someone who is dealing with customers
Oscar and David help us to set up new phone and plan today, we brought in a “thousand years” old phone and they are willing to go through a lot of troubles to help us for all the data transfer and and plan setting. Other stores usually will not provide this kind of service, I’m very appreciate of their patience and exceptional service, they are very professional. I am highly recommend
Our sales representative was Oscar and he was very patient and helpful. Even though there was a long lineup he took his time to explain things to us and answered our questions. Excellent overall customer service, very satisfied.
Unbelievable Terrible attitude. Looking to transfer phone company and the dude said palm with unlimited talk text and data. I ask if is it 4G or 5G data speed and he said don't ask you will not use all of it. He treates the old lady in front of meet worst. This is how Bell do business these days. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!
I am May Wong. I went to 2900 Warden Ave. Bridlewood Mall on May 04, 2025 to apply for Wifi. Congratulations to Monster Mibile. You are so lucky to have hired an excellent employee: Oscar. His service attitude is very friendly. He tries his best to solve problems for customers and has repeatedly guided me in detail on how to deal with mobile phone issues. I hope your company can promote him and increase his salary to show his contribution. However, please keep him working in the store because there are many elderly people and Chinese people nearby who need his Chinese explanation. (Including myself) I wish your company's performance will improve.
It seems that it is a retail agent of Bell product targeting Chinese audiences especially Cantonese but not a genuine Bell Store. There is the impression of always Ad promotion in Cantonese radio.
