  I had a fantastic experience with Mohammed! He was incredibly kind, patient, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. Not only did he take the time to answer all my questions, but he also went above and beyond by helping me move my data from my old phone to my new one—twice! I asked a lot of questions and wanted the best deal possible, and Mohammed made sure I got exactly what I needed, with the best data and phone plan to match. His calm and helpful attitude made the whole experience stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Mohammed to anyone looking for excellent customer service. Thank you again!

  Ammar and Linda were such life savers for me. My iPhone refused to connect to my cell service and after hours of speaking with apple and hearing the only way they could help was if I spent $800 for a repair…I felt hopeless. I wasn’t able to make any calls or send texts for almost a week. After getting in touch with Ammar from Telus it felt like a weight being lifted off my back. Him and his colleague Linda were not only able to repair my phone in a matter of minutes but also for no cost at all once they realized how simple the issue was. For this I owe them both a huge thank you and would like to encourage people to redirect their attention to these two before calling apple the next time their iPhone breaks ❤️

  BIG THANK YOU!! for sharing your experience in a public forum. It was a lengthy but simple fix. 1) We had to ensure your information was all backed up to iCloud to ensure all your content could be restored. 2) Swapping out to a new SIM card, 3) connecting your wiped device to iTunes to complete a proper software update.
