I had a wonderful experience at Telus | Koodo – Green Mobile in Bridlewood Mall while setting up my new plan and pre-ordering the iPhone 17 Pro Max. The staff were extremely professional and patient in explaining all the available options, ensuring I chose the plan that was the best fit for me. A special thanks to Prachi, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough. She walked me through every detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I fully understood the options before making a decision. She even stayed beyond her shift to assist me without any complaint, which shows her dedication and amazing customer service. I’d also like to mention Chayan, who was very supportive and communicative throughout the process. Both of them made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for customers. They made me feel comfortable taking my time to decide, without any pressure. They don’t just sell you a plan, they make sure you’re confident and happy with your choice. I highly recommend visiting this location if you’re looking for the best mobile plans, great deals, and excellent customer service. The team here goes above and beyond to ensure customers leave satisfied. It’s rare to find staff this committed to customer satisfaction in today’s fast-paced retail environment. I will definitely be returning to this store for any future upgrades or mobile needs. This is hands down the best experience I’ve had with a mobile service provider.
Fraudulent staff. They sold me koodo plan and took money for physical sim card. Now the koodo customer care is stating that sim card fees are already included in the connection fee
Sales rep Husain Shamshudden was very effective energetic individual, spoken to him about my iphone 6 and he said I could go for iphone 14 and also I upgraded the plan. He transferred everything I was very impressed with his work, also he said to recycle my old phone and kept it. Talked about monthly tab for 24 months to pay the cost of the phone. He clearly said hst to be charged upfront and no taxes on the tab. I received my 1st bill and hst is charged on the Tab. Accessories Screen protector, charger and cover offered 50% off around $ 55 in total. So I picked up the calculator and to see how much is the hst and told it's $133.50.I agreed and $188.60 was charged on Feb 20th on my debit card. I didn't request for the breakdown at that time. Today March 12th I went to the store and asked for the Breakdown, Husain is not there, sales guy said he can't do anything. No integrity of Customer Service . Does Husain has no knowledge how the billing work or purposely charged taxes.

Worst customer service ever. I dealt with rep named Hussain he mentioned that he usually works at some other location and was covering for someone. I went to port over my number to Telus ‘cause I was having hard time doing it over the phone with Telus and they specifically asked me to go to the store with my ID proof. This rep made sure that I had to call Telus after to fix everything he did on my account. He put my name incorrect and promised to fix it and never did cause I fixed it with a Telus agent over the phone. Secondly when I asked if there will be activation charges he said Telus doesn’t have any activation charges and when I signed the contract and read there was a activation charge of $60 he said that I will have to pay it. Come on man you can little truthful towards your work. Even if you get paid minimum don’t fool around people. And if you don’t know your job completely get trained again. I have been working for corporate people for long time so I know how people like these work. It’s not the money it’s the lies and inconvenience you caused me. Telus agent on the phone was quite helpful and helped me every way to fix my account. Hussain if this is not your full time job it still gets you paid so whatever you do you either do it right or don’t do it at all. Imagine having someone doing something like to you and you get to waste your next day just fixing that stuff.
