District Sales Manager’s Response to Christina: Christina, We appreciate all feedback, but your review contains several false and misleading claims that must be addressed. To clarify: you were not the account holder, nor were you related to them — despite claiming to be the customer’s daughter. The actual account holder returned to the store the following day (July 19), calmly paid her bill, and personally apologized to our staff for the incident during your visit. No card was charged during your interaction, and the customer had no complaints (see attached pics with dates). Regarding the $20 service fee: this is a clearly posted and standard charge for technical support, such as malware or app-related issues. Our team explained this professionally, and because you declined the service, no fee was applied. Unfortunately, once the fee was mentioned, your behavior escalated. You used inappropriate language, raised your voice in a public space, and were condescending towards our team — who remained calm and respectful throughout. Due to the disruption caused, mall security had to be called to de-escalate the situation. Your claims of discrimination and verbal abuse by our staff are categorically false. We do not tolerate disrespect in any form — from customers or employees — and we stand firmly behind the professionalism of our team in this situation.
Absolutely DISGRACEFUL and disgusting behaviour. This man and woman are running a scam at Koodo. Incredibly rude and unprofessional experience. The woman refused to provide the summary of the account or provided a printed copy. However she immediately took my mom’s credit card before we could see the balance. Luckily I stopped the transition. The man however told us there would be a $20 charge for servicing our phone. We had a spam/ malware issue. We knew it was an app but had issues to find the exact app. I thought he was joking. He smuggly flashed a card with a list of prices and I couldn’t see it and said “See $20” . I didn’t see no charge that said $20 for deleting apps. He then says “Can you read?” I was sooo offended!! The man kept saying “you are uneducated, I can tell, you have no manners!” Listen this is AN AWFUL PLACE - how dare this man treat anyone with such little dignity especially when I’m trying to fix the phone , pay a bill and add a service. This will not be the end of me !! He should be ashamed of himself, no respect or manners. The hard truth is he would never speak to a man that way!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Koodo store today. There was only one employee present, a young Indian woman, who was on her personal phone when she was doing customer service . When I politely said I was there to make a payment, she looked directly at me, then turned away and ignored me. After repeating myself, she shockingly gave me an ugly look ( rolled her eyes). An older couple then asked me to speak on their behalf after she had made them wait at the store for over an hour with no explanation. Not only us who come after us also started complaining about her behaviour. The employee wasn’t wearing a name tag, and the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy left me feeling completely disrespected.
My experience was really good here as Kalpana explained me all kind of services provided by them and even she was very kind and listened to me very patiently
I had a fantastic experience with Ash yesterday. Even though I had troubles with getting all the information I needed to switch my phone over to koodo, Ash was patient and helpful. I most definitely recommend it. He is both kind and knowledgeable about what he does. Thanks again Ash!

NJ was awesome in customer service. Fast paced kiosk, about 8 people ahead of us but he multi tasked and kept the clients engaged till it was our turn. Cheerful disposition, knowledgeable and service oriented! Highly recommend!
