Purchased an ice latte stlth cartridge couple of days ago. It doesn't work. Gets a strange error reading on both my batteries. May just be a one off and they can exchange and I can change rating.
All is good until they screw-up. Then there are replies including lies and excuses. Take your chances. If no one makes any mistakes on their end, you'll be fine.

Unfortunately, most vape and e-cigarette shops in Canada aren’t really up to date — they can’t seem to stock the latest products from well-known brands. I was looking for one of OXAV’s products for quite a while and eventually had to visit this big store and settle for an older model. The shop is located in Scarborough and has plenty of parking space. It’s quite large and carries a decent range of products, though there’s definitely more variety in juices than in devices. The lady who sold me the device was rather cold and unenthusiastic — which, honestly, tends to happen in busy places. While I was there, four other customers arrived. I bought one device and a juice — “Dark Vanilla.” It’s a bit heavy, but in my opinion, it’s better than most of the fruity ones.

Serious delay in delivering products. They leave it to Canada Post to come and pick. And Canada Post comes after 24-48hrs to pick. So the business is not putting any effort to drop the packages to nearest Canada Post Office, which could speed up the delivery. There is no Customer Service involved, just buyer and seller.
