Please update your open times to accurately reflect when your store is actually open. Handwritten sign on the door helps nobody as they've already travelled to you. A shame, as this is otherwise a great store with very friendly staff.
Terrible service. Bad nut allergy, got a refill and paid then saw it may contain nuts and he wouldn't refund it after less than a minute. He was told no nuts. ....and Don't trust that they're opening at 11:00. He got there at 20 after.

Hello I’m regular costumer I always buy here every week. They give me a card for vape if you buy one they put stamp on it. Now when I buy allo vape They charge me $30 they said i have a stamp card buy before they only charge me i think $23 to $25 now its $30. They charge $5 extra just think $5x10 that $50, so you dont get a free it means you already pay for it.
