Pretty standard selection of vapes at prices similar to other stores. The reward system isn’t very rewarding. The staff seem out of touch and can’t hold a normal conversation without it being awkward. If you have an issue, don’t expect much help from them. Make sure to pay with a card, as they won’t issue a refund for a broken vape. Your best option would be to contact your bank for a chargeback if needed.
I went to this store for the first time while heading out if the city for 4 days and i found out one of the vapes wouldn't charge past 5%. When I tried to exchange it the employee didn't know how to handle it because returns are only allowed within 24 hours of purchase. The employee called the owner and after a few minutes of questions the owner allowed the exchange. Only 4 stars because the employee tried to blame me for the malfunction, only offered me a 15% discount from "my next purchase" and even said to the owner that "more than the normal amount of juice is gone" making me feel he thought i was trying to scam even though I only could use the one charge, there was 65% juice left and it was only a $40 disposable vape.
Vincent was amazing, super helpful when I could not remember the name of the vape juice I was interested in and the coils for my vape, lol... it was a long day! I would highly recommend this place, a hidden gem, but no longer for me. *great prices as well. (and very clean)

Not only that, they are knowledgeable about each product that they are selling and has helped me to find a product that is right for me. I appreciate it very much ? ?. A very happy customer.
Highly recommended store. Not sure why I'm seeing low reviews here, and wondering if there's some sort of evil by reviewers at work here. The people in this store have been extremely professional and friendly every time I've been there They have an excellent variety of stock. I like to buy non-flavored clear e-juice and not everybody has that, but they do. They also have a huge selection of Ripper X and Level X pods. Drop in and support this business. ?
Great place, lots of selection and very knowledgeable. Always has my vape product in stock, and prices are very competitive. Has a very good knowledge of the different vape products and very helpful to new vapers. Steve knows his product and will definitely let people know what products are best if your just starting out, or if your a seasoned vaper looking for something different.
Worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. Getting called out to leave and other profanities only after I asked if there’s warranty on a product. Shame. It’s the Chinese guy with white hair. Go in if you like getting your day ruined.
