I had a great experience at this store. Arya, the lady behind the counter, was very helpful and provided excellent service. The place is reasonably priced, and you can always find a good deal. This was my second visit, and once again, I was not disappointed. I’ll definitely be returning for all my vape needs. Highly recommend this store—definitely a five-star experience!

Went to Scarborough location with a friend, products are good, but on top of everything, it was the customer service provided by AARYA. She has the great product knowledge. I can give 6 stars to AARYA, however Google has its limitations.
this vape store is really cool and worth a visit. the employees are amazing peoples and if something is wrong with the product they usually refund or exchange?
Initial experience was good walked into the store was greeted. However when I left with my product I got into my car and when I opened the box the device package was torn and the little plastic piece wasn’t inside the mouth piece. I went back inside told the clerk that it was opened and he completely dismissed me and was unhelpful. The seal wasn’t sticky the wrapper was ripped and the plastic piece wasn’t in the mouth piece. He could clearly see that and just ignored me and went on to the next customer.
