Shane was lovely in explaining brands i wasn't aware of aswell as explaining the differences in price tiers within specific brands. Also made sure i tested the product before leaving the store which is one of the most sincere forms of quality service. Definitely recommend this location !

My favourite vape store in Scarborough. The only thing that is a little frustrating is that half the time I go there on the weekends they have a sign on the door saying be right back and it can turn into a 20+ minute wait. There’s been quite a few times recently that I have lost my patience after waiting for 15 minutes and just gone somewhere else.
Overpriced $40 for 30ml of their cheapest house brand used to be $15 and buy 4 get one free. Also I special ordered 2 tapes came back to pickup order they only gave me one and I came back complain the guy was like no record of it!!!! And the points. Used to be good it's mostly taxes supposed they claim
Returning to vaping after about a year. The gentleman who advised and assisted us through the process of the best options for individual needs and tastes was extremely accommodating and patient. Besides the excellent customer service the location was clean and they have a huge selection to choose from.
