Penn auto parts is always a good go to their part selection is great prices are competitive and you can normally pick up your parts within an hour or 2 top-notch parts jobber.

Excellent auto parts store with very competitive prices. I get all my aftermarket parts for my 2018 Civic Hatchback from here. I did have a bit of an issue with one order where I was given the wrong part, but a full refund was issued after coming back.

Penn auto was good not sure what's happened to them bad customer service. I've order parts from them many time and 80% of the time the parts are wrong. And no compensation or customer service is given for their mistake. Stay away from this company. They don't care about their customers as long as they make there money they don't care. Beware of this company

Customer service was absent. Went there to get a quote for auto uphulsory. While talking to the guy concerning why I was there, he picked a call and was talking on the phone whilst I was waiting. After getting off the phone, unread of coming back to attend to me, he went back to one of his colleagues and started talking. I had to go back and ask if he could attend to me.
