I got my tires changed. The mechanic said he'd do for $250 tomorrow. I show the mechanic now charged me $300 because the tires were "nice". He said he'd take off $50 if I write a good review. Don't go here, they use old school business practices. This is classic extortion. You've been warned...
Very rude, aggressive and dishonest stuff. They feel entitled to your money without doing anything for you. Avoid getting any service done or buying anything from this place.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not only was I overcharged for the job, but the work itself was not done properly and fell far below acceptable standards. Despite paying a premium, the quality was unprofessional and unfinished in several areas. I expected better workmanship and transparency in pricing. I do not recommend this service to others based on my experience.
I wish I could give them 0 review They are robbing their customers please avoid It started from 100$ diagnoses check and at the end paid 1800$ and still none of the problem is fixed First they give your normal price then they open your car and then increase the price or you have to take the car as is everything on the ground Please please please avoid those guys
Their mechanic is very knowledgeable and knows how to explain things so you understand them correctly. Also the ladies that work in the office ( Sandy and Laura I believe) are super sweet and accommodating. Not too mention the discount I got for booking on line through Tire Connect helped too, lol.
