EDIT: originally this was a 2/5 rating however the owner contacted me and we have come to a fair deal on both parts. Mechanics make mistakes and I'm sure egos play a big role in it. Clutch themself's are a great company. By No means is this a paid review... the only, and only reason I'm for the first time adding an addendum is because I was contacted privately to resolve the matter. The owner at Clutch is a self aware and accountable man as I originally stated and for that I will add this. I didn't want this job to slander them and I'm glad they made it right. My original review will live below this... Only reason this isn't a one star is because the owner seems like a genuine guy. Took my car here for a leak, 2 weeks and after already paying for the service I had to come back and just take it home. I was told everything was inspected cleaned and replaced. I was told the oring I originally stated was the issue was replaced and had rtv added too it. The tech did originally failed to replace a nut on the intake manifold when I was given the car back. He also failed to reinstall the intake manifold brace slightly cross threading one bolt. The oring had no rtv on it and the thermostat bolt almost snapped when I removed it myself to check. I'm unsure if what I came in for was even done. Long story short after doing the work my self I'm now out the cash plus my time. Not to mention 2 weeks for a job I did in 4 hours total.

Got oil changed done in 20 mins. Really good service and a polite customer service too . I Recommend everyone if u wanna get your oil change a reasonable price and good service tho
Nobody loves spending money on car repairs, but Clutch Performance makes it feel fair. They’re upfront with their quotes, break down the costs in detail, and don’t tack on mystery fees. Compared to other shops I’ve dealt with, their pricing is more than reasonable for the quality of service you receive. You really feel like you’re getting value, not just a bill.
Stopped by for something else at another shop and had a glimpse of what their doing at Clutches….their care and concern for customer’s Cars is unmatched, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my ride here.
