He was fast to diagnose the issue and fixed it efficiently! He’s attentive and patient when I explained about the issue. Master Fish is easy to communicate with and would tell you what would be a must to fix and what are those that can wait. A rare-gem, trustworthy auto repair shop!
I went to this shop to change my winter tires, but the whole process ended up taking much longer than expected, with almost no communication at all. What was supposed to be a two-hour job turned into a long and frustrating day. I booked a 3 PM appointment and was told it would take about two hours. That sounded fine, but two hours later, I still hadn’t heard anything. I tried calling a few times, but no one picked up. So I drove back to the shop, and they told me there were some problems but they’d start working on my car right away. I waited in my friend’s car for another hour, but my car was still sitting outside. They hadn’t even started. When I called again, they said they were running into some difficulties, but promised it’d be ready later that night and told me to go home and wait. After waiting another three hours with no update, I called again and found out it was finally done, around 10 PM. Nobody called or texted me, so I had to take an Uber back to pick up my car that late at night. I understand that things can get busy or unexpected issues can happen. That’s totally fine. But the lack of communication and follow-up made the whole experience stressful and inconvenient. A simple call or update would’ve gone a long way. Overall, I really hope the shop can improve their communication and customer service. It’s the small things like keeping customers informed that make a big difference.

He’s transparent with pricing, honest with his recommendations, and only suggests services that are truly needed - never tries to upsell or inflate the problem. I treat him like my car’s family doctor now. Highly recommend!
Master Fish is an honest guy and he makes people comfortable to chat with. He provided the best advice for the car, not just for his own interest. I came for transmission oil change last year and he suggested not to change for my 20 years old car Pontiac Sunfire until the end of the lifespan, at the end he was right.
