Do not recommend this shop. The car was in good condition and went in for oil change. But they told me that transmission needs repair. Eventually ended up spending near 1000$ in the shop. Went to different place to seek second opinion and confirmed the mechanic was lying about the situation. Replaced parts that do not need. Will never go to this shop again and do not recommend this to anyone.
hi i took my 2004 saab to them too get safety done on it and they damage my both side panels and also damage my driver's side mirror. when i ask them about it a couple of days later they act like i am crazy and i can't me when speaking to them... They aint nice at all and they did a bad job any way and charged alot....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & $$$$...
Big scammer! Got my four tires changed here because I need a safety certificate. But just went to my own mechanic today, and they told me my tires was old tire from 2003. Holly f, they told me I can go to Costco to get a quote and they going to check if they can get the lower price. They said they installed the same tires and from same brand. Now it was only passed one year since I installed. Don't trust them. Charged over thousan dollars but old tires. Scammer.
A big scammer. I bought the used car and went for the safety certificate to get the permanent licence plate sticker. The whole team is a scammer they told me that this car require lot of things to get repaired and even the suspension rod and tires and many other things needs to get fixed and quoted me saying that it could cost $1000 or $2000 not sure. Also they said if you don't fixed it we won't be able to give you safety certificate. He got my $90 bucks and didn't anything in written. I went for second opinion through the great mechanic and mention that car is really good and need some normal repair is required with just the brake and that is not urgent too. I fixed my car with safety oil braked with just $350. Don't trust this liars, especially one sits at the front.
As a referral from a friend, I brought in a 2015 Dodge Caravan to have the leaking transmission cooler lines replaced. Communication was a bit of a struggle. I was told the job could not be done that day. After the tech took a look at the leak, I was told to pay a deposit so the parts could be ordered (Friday) and come back (Monday). The owner told me the cabin and engine air filters were checked and were clean. This was good, since it proved right away that the owner is honest. I changed the cabin filter the same week and I knew the engine filter was clean. While the job was done properly, the tech who worked on my vehicle synced his iphone 6 to my stereo and loaded 190 songs into it, while he took it for a test-drive after the repair was done. My radio stations were not on the stations I had left them at. This is very unprofessional and is taught in trade school as bad etiquette. The vehicle interior was clean though, which I was happy with. I also asked to check a rattling noise under the vehicle (since it was on the lift) and I knew the vehicle had to be road tested after working on the transmission oil cooler. This was not done, as per my request. The price I was charged for the transmission cooler lines to be replaced was the same price the Chrysler dealership down the road quoted me.
Called to make a wheel balancing appointment ahead of time. I show up and the guy tells me to wait an hour. I asked if I should come back and he said he didn't want to do my car. Make sure the old Asian male receptionists is able to handle stress or work, turning down customers is the worst business.
Very unprofessional installation for a wireless backup camera! The wiring was done in an unsafe way and not using the car cables routing ways. And to makes things worse, the camera did not work in the end and they still charged me 100$. I still have to take it to somebody else to do proper wiring. The hot wire was almost cut by the trunk door as they did not use the car flexible conduit connection.
