On my first visit I was talking with service or Part manager about the Recall on my car and he was really good person, at the same time he said from the front desk ask about the recall. From the front desk there is a lady trying to ignore my request, and suddenly she said the system is down on the next hand the manager took me to the other front desk with the young lady and they did all. and she is not deserving person to sit in the front desk, in ford dealership. She is over 40 And she is looks like Chinese or Philippine I guess, Finally when I arrived on my appointment date she was there and she did what she want, Disappointed at all

Had a leak in the tire. Booked an appointment I was on time and they took me right away. It went super smooth and did what they could to repair the tire and free of charge. Been here twice and both times great service
It was a wonderful experience with a Heritage Ford, unlike a Donway Ford (when replacing the windshield, they scratched the body, the frame of the multimicdia screen, the plastic frame around the start and volume buttons, the gear selector was broken, the shelf for glasses did not work, the lining of the struts was scratched and bent, outside and inside you can see the adhesive sealant on which the windshield was installed. In response to my request, they promised to sort everything out. As a result, I have been waiting for 4 months and during this time only the gear selector was changed, and with all the other questions, apparently, they sent me to hell). Heritage Ford resolved all my questions on the day I contacted them. The staff is friendly and professional, I hope they continue to be so wonderful! Best wishes, Danil.
