Rolled into the shop for the first time at 12:30 this past Saturday after a Google search. When you turn your radio off, you hear things you have not have noticed before. Rear caliper had seized and worn the pad to the metal and ruined the rotor. Hoping only for an estimate, they told me they'd get it done that day. By 3:30, they had replaced the rear brakes on both sides with OEM parts, and at a very fair price. Amazing service. Thank you.
Straight forward and honest staff. Needed a wheel bearing replacement on my BMW for what i thought was a transmission noise. Jacky and his technician Anthony were very communicative and were able to complete the work the same day and the car now runs smoothly.
