Overall experience 50/50 Happy with the mechanic who aligned my vehicle. Though it seems 4 wheel alignment is the minimum charge if you're only getting rear wheels aligned. Called to confirm discrepancies since the final numbers on my front casters were worse than before, and I gotta say the "owner" could be much more polite and well mannered. Did they do their job? Time will tell.
Paid $120 for a road force balance test. They found imbalance and charged $15 per tire to adjust. Worst part — they missed that two rims were bent, which was the actual issue. Not worth it. Disappointed.

There were no surprise charges, and the price matched exactly what was listed on their website. My car passed the inspection, and I’m very happy with their honest and efficient service. Terrible Terrible customer service. There website advertises seasonal tire change special is $50. And they won’t honor that price and want more money even though it’s on the first page of their website. Level auto you are SCAMMING customers!!
Very clean , well organized reception area,. We have been taking our car to Level Auto for more than a decade knowing that we can trust them and never been disappointed .Eric at the reception desk is very knowledgable with his many years of experience, he is always finding best solutions for your needs. The car repairs and preventative maintenance headed by Mark have been done within a very reasonable time and price compared to any other auto repair shops. So far cannot see anything to be improved on. As long as they keep up with their present work ethics they will be number one.
Level auto is the most upfront and honest repair shop I've experienced. They are thurough in inspecting the car during an oil change, preventing the extreme frustration of your car breaking down on the side of the road
