Great service! I’m very satisfied with their knowledge and experience. They repaired my car when no other mechanic in the area could even find the issue. Their expertise is impressive, and the prices are very reasonable — I had paid double elsewhere just for a diagnostic! From now on, this will be my go-to repair shop. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs on Japanese, German, or American cars.

I had a terrible experience with Eddy, the owner of this shop. He was extremely rude and confrontational, acting like he wanted to fight instead of resolve the issue. His mechanics clearly lacked knowledge — they replaced the wrong parts and, even after realizing their mistake, continued to insist they were right. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Don’t go here the take your money and give you used parts and lie about it. That’s why he has so many broken cars in the back. I brang my car in to be serviced and left with more issues. The owner isn’t in the country half the time and his workers are a mess. Most of the cars the sell are rebranded titles as well!

Worst customer service…Took my car for routine service here it was a big mistake. They took the keys and parked it in the garage but no one seems to do the job. Left after wasting my time with out any service

DO NOT GO HERE, I brought my car in to get A/C fixed and when I came in to pick up the car, I asked to take it for a test drive to check the A/C before paying. The owner was very rude and racist to us because we are South Asian and said we were trying not to pay. I had to pay to get my keys back and when I drove the car the A/C barely worked. He screamed and swore at us and was very rude. Please do not go to this shop.

Texted a salesperson about test driving a car. They confirmed it was good to go. Morning of I drove an hour to get there and texted again to confirm it was ok. He said it was. When I got there the secretary said the car was sold. She was not wearing a mask in the 6x6 foot office and went to get the salesperson. He entered the office, also not wearing a mask. He proceeded to say it was my fault, talking over me, even though I texted him to confirm it was ok, he did confirm it, yet it sold the day before in the afternoon. Also they only allow test drives in the parking lot which he did not mention over the phone, the secretary told me when I arrived. Please avoid this place if you you don't want horrible service from the salespeople (at least the one I dealt with) and zero Covid protocol.

Please do not shop at this dealership unless you know what you are talking about when it comes to cars. I had recently bought a Mazda from this dealership. We had given the owner/employee a 5 day notice of when we would pick up the car, to which he promised to have everything done by then. When we arrived at the dealership on that day, we had to wait an hour for him to go license the car even though he said he would have already completed that when picking up the car. There had to be proper tires and a new battery installed in the car in order for the car to pass the safety. The owner had told us that when looking at the car. The dealership had “safetied” the car however, the tires and the battery were not up to code. We had to specifically ask about why the tires were so worn down (less then 60% tread) has to be 80% tread in order to pass the safety, to which the owner responded that they had forgot to do the tires, even though they had already "safetied" the car. The old battery had not been changed either. The owner said that he would fix those even though the car had passed the "safety" already, but we didn't have the time to do that since we had already waited an hour for him to complete the licensing, as well as we had told him that we needed the car by a specific time on that day, which is why we had given him a 5 day heads up in advance. We then had to return a second time to get both the tires and the battery changed. The owner told us that we were able to show up whenever and it would only take 15 minutes to change the tires and battery. After waiting for an hour and a half, he had finally changed both things. When driving on the highway, the car started to vigorously shake. This was because the tries had not been balanced. We had called him, to which he responded that it was our fault for coming so late before the dealership was about to close, and how they had to push back another car just so they could change the tires on my car. It had been a 40 minute drive to the dealership, therefore, I wasn't able to go back to the dealership to have the car tires balanced because the car was shaking so bad that it was unsafe. I then had to go to Canadian Tire to get the tires balanced, which had cost $120. The owner offered to contribute $40 as that was the cost of balancing at his dealership. There is still a $70 difference. Now I have to purchase brand new tires as the set he had put on the car were old and cracked. All of this could off been prevented if the car actually met the safety that the dealership had done. Now I have to go back a third time to get the $40 for the tire balance. At this point, the gas money isn't even worth it. So please learn from my mistake, only buy a car from this place if you know about cars or have a second mechanic look at the car that is "safetied" because this dealership is not properly safetying their cars. Not sure where this dealership had gotten their certification to safety cars from, but selling cars and claiming they are safetied and are actually not up to the standards of a safety, is illegal. I also forgot to mention that the airbag light went off the second the car left the dealership lot. Update: the car just got scrapped because of all the things wrong with it. Please learn from my mistake of buying a car here.

Sorry for your experience. It seems this happened at another shop. We do not sell cars — this is only a repair facility. You may have mixed up the review.
