I serviced my 2 cars with MR.Prem (The main Mechanic) and his Associate Mr.Thillip for more than 4 years. I Never had an issue to go back to them for the same issue which was fixed by them. They are very busy and difficult to get in if you are in rush. The business they are running is very honest and reliable. I will strongly recommend this shop for the customers. Also Mr.Prem always answer your calls which is very very important when you are in tough situation (Specially when you are on the street). Overall they are doing the best for us. K.Thamby

Honesty goes a long way and I'd rate a 5/5 for being transparent with the pricing. It's quite reasonable too! Customer service could be better but can't complain because they get a lot of customers and seemed to be really busy. Note - if it's your first time visiting them, the shop entrance is behind the complex.

Left huge portion out while doing patch. Normally they would burn extra rubber out to make it even but he didn't. Now I drive with bumpy noise. Even after asking to do correct tire pressure Didn't correct tire pressure had to do it myself. Price was reasonable that's why left two star. Work wasn't done right. Adding after getting response. The vehicle was driving smooth, I cut the extra portion myself and car started driving without bump as it did before. Your highly inexperienced person to suggest huge mechanical defects. My recommendations for everyone to stay away.

Hi Kanaiya, Sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied. That patch need it to be heal properly and by over trimming it will defeats the purpose of the patch. You will not get a bumpy ride because of that tinny rubber. If you notice a bumpy ride that could possibly related to many issues please get your shocks/spring inspected. We appreciate your time. Prem
