Mario and the guys are very honest and that is what matters with a mechanic. He has rescued my wife in the middle of an intersection and he has fixed everything from my cuda to my trailers, he even fixed my dirt bike last min when I was in a jam. I moved away and tried other mechanics but ended up bringing my vehicle's back there where I knew he could be trusted to be fair. Thanks for all your hard work fellas, Greatly appreciated!
I don’t drive anything like the beautiful cars this place usually services, but my power steering suddenly wasn’t working properly when i parked in a parking lot nearby their shop. The man inside was incredibly kind and offered to take a look at it to let me know if it was in need of an emergency fix or if i could keep driving. He diagnosed the problem immediately, did a temporary fix so i could get to my second job on time AND he gave me a refill bottle of power steering fluid so i could drive the car to our usual mechanic after work without causing further damage to the car. And all of this he did without charging me anything!! It was an incredibly kind gesture and i’m very thankful he was willing to share his clearly great expertise with a random stranger. Fantastic service and i would recommend MVS Motors to everyone!
I have used MVS Motors since 2012 with air and water-cooled Porsche cars. Mario and Nick have consistently delivered first-rate service and gone above my expectations.
Sent photos of my Porsche as requested by shop and received no response. Contacted them weeks later and they said “yes the military green Porsche right? I’m not sure why they haven’t responded, I will let them know”, waited… contacted them again by email it’s been months and still no response. Worst customer service! I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
Mario, very knowledgeable and honest person. Tells you up front the process before any work is started. 2015 Audi had some issues and mario was able to resolve those issues. Thanks Mario and rest of staff.
Had a flat tyre totally cooked and I was not aware of it.after calling Toyota roadside assistance which will them about a hour or more.i found mvs motors just happen to be on the other side of the road.went to them and requested them to assist me to put a spare tyre which I dun know how to do it.the guyz were [BUSY] and booked for the rest of the day.when I said it's hot out there and my family is in the car including kids.without wasting a minute they went ahead and replaced the spare tyre.they just [HELPED] WITH A SMILE,AND NOT EVEN ASKED ME ANY MONEY/CHARGES.gave me good knowledge about spare tyre as I was about to travel further 80 kms from there location.I truly appreciate there consideration and time for helping me out.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MVS MOTORS.this review is genuine and I am happy to give it back to you.
Excellent work on setting up my track car for optimal performance for the modifications they had installed. Would recommend them for all work and especially suspension setup for performance cars. Great dealer alternative
