Please heed this warning: avoid R-P-M Auto Inc at all costs. There are plenty of other shops where you can receive tire service with peace of mind and trust. My experience at R-P-M Auto turned into an absolute nightmare. I simply needed a new set of all season tires, but what followed was one of the most stressful periods I've encountered. After having the tires installed, my car immediately began jerking and shaking as soon as I left the shop. Upon consulting another mechanic, it became evident that the tires installed on my car were of different sizes, leading to the issue - my car is an AWD. I promptly returned to RPM, demanding the removal of the tires, the reinstallation of my winter tires, and a refund. However, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the owner reacted with pettiness and drama. I was forced to endure unnecessary stress and inconvenience, having to visit the shop daily until my rims were returned, and I received my money back. This entire ordeal could have been avoided had I chosen a more reputable establishment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your automotive needs.

Definetly go here for all mechanical repairs, tires/rims needs! Great service, owner is very knowledgeable and provides great service. Safety certificate done here also. Brought my dog here last time I needed brake work done, so staying at the waiting area wasn't so lonely.
Worst experience ever, be careful of this guys. Unfortunately Google doesn't have zero or minis rating. Unprofessional and they want in anyway take advantage of you. They don't respect your time
