They charge you money and are unable to do the job. I paid for an alignment and still have a crooked wheel. When I asked them to correct the mistake, they refuse to take responsibility, return the money and asked me to get it done somewhere else… I guess yall are not that reliable. Should be Unreliable Car Guys.

Made me wait for 40 minutes even though before coming i called and informed them about my visit upon confirmation i visited. Ultimately they stopped responding to my calls while i was waiting, got pissed and left.
As someone who hates having to deal with her car troubles, the workers here definitely made my experience a very positive one. I had been having trouble with a sound coming from my car anytime I would start it, I called this shop up and the worker by the name Malik was more than happy to help and accommodate. I was able to bring my car in right after work and get it looked at. He was so informative of what the issues could possibly have been and did not give me a list of a million and one things that could have been wrong with my car. There was definitely no sneaky or hidden motives for trying to get more money out of me. (Something I have had experience with at other shops). I really appreciated the honesty and the efficiency. The man at the front desk, Rehan was also very friendly and nice to speak with, constantly reassuring me that if anyone could figure out what the issue was is Malik. For someone who was super stressed and worried, the team here truly did an exceptional job. I believe I have found my new mechanic shop!

It’s hard to find a shop with experienced mechanics that can machine rotors and resolve minor warping vibrations. Raheem brought my performance BMW drilled and slotted two piece rotors back to life. Also, he effortlessly swapped pads/sensors and programmed the car to finish off the job. My rotors did not have much wear but had been vibrating at high speeds due to surface imperfections. He is knowledgeable and experienced with the specific demands and tolerances that high end german cars require. His machining skills and engineering background make him a rare find in the industry. I highly recommend Raheem. Super nice guys at the shop with top notch communication and customer service! Thanks again! Follow up Jan 2025 - Raheem and his excellent staff saved my winter beater SUV on several occasions! I have nothing but good things to say about this honest and accommodating team of mechanics! On a big snowstorm night, Raheem was able to order a failed alternator at the drop of a hat and have the car back up and running the same day!
