Very good service. Reasonable prices. Didn't charge me for what I thought was a busted bulb but was an electrical issue. I have an Audi and they are very good with this make. I've gotten tires and oil changes. I like the price and quality of service. I've had brake work as well. They offer me options for parts and good advice on quality vs. price. They have free wifi and good location. You can walk to STC, library or restaurants while you wait.
Worst place to go too! I feel very uncomfortable coming here . And now I’m never calling them for my car appointments ever again ! I notice about a year I’ve been very uncomfortable coming here from the owner Patel .. he doesn’t want to see me at his shop , he’s very rude and unprofessional and you gotta feel welcome and I don’t feel that never gonna come into the shop!
They’re super respectful and easy to talk to. You can tell they really care about good service and making sure you’re happy. The prices are fair too — definitely worth it! They woked on my Honda Civic 2023 Hatchback. Did a great job for tires as well as brake service. Thank you Dharmesh and Syeed.
Don’t rent uhaul here. Uhaul agents do not communicate properly, nor assist you after you’ve dropped it off and will make you call Uhaul to fix extra charge issues. I picked up a 10” cargo van on Friday, asked the agent if it is better to book one day or two days. Agent said it is fine to book two days, if I drop it off earlier they can see it in their camera and I can call on Monday so they can report I dropped it off earlier. The agent on Monday said I have to call uhaul and that they don’t check their cameras for out of office dropoffs before reporting.
They patched a flat tire knowing that it would not work, because it was at the edge of the tire. I had to pay again to recheck and changed the tire at a different place. They couldn't fix it, so they should’ve refunded the money.
Amazing team fixed my car detailed. Look better than when I bought it. Patel is amazing. Will work with you and your budget. They take all insurance. Very smooth and delivered in time. Very impressive service.
