As I was coming into work today my check engine light came on I called probably 10 different shops to see 1 how much and 2 if they could check today. As I got to Sure Stop the man (Dan) that answered the phone was AMAZING. He told me to come in asap and he would look at my car. I got there and within 5 min Dan had checked my car and explained that it was only my gas cap. He told me to have a Merry Christmas and didn't charge me for his absolut professional service. I have been looking for a new place and now I think I found it. Merry Christmas Dan. You truly made my Christmas.
I just left this shop a few minutes ago with great experience. Had a tire leaking air. Called them and inquired about their price for tire repair and was told to come in to check. Came in the shop and was immediately accomodated. A few minutes later, tire was fixed, changed the valve as it was leaking. And NO CHARGE for the repair. Very nice people and very accomodating.
I own a 2010 tsx… some parts have not been changed since 2010…. After numerous shady mechanics and upselling dealerships I stumbled on to Sure Stop Auto, this was 5 years ago….from tire changes and oil changes, to brakes, callipers, front and rear suspension you name it . the experience was outstanding. Maria and Dan are absolutely amazing people!! They are kind, welcoming and genuine and the mechanic Kevin takes pride in his work The team is professional, transparent, and thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done. The repairs were completed on time, the pricing is fair, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. My vehicle now drives smoother and feels safer than it has in years. I highly recommend Sure Stop Auto to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled automotive service. Sure stop auto WILL be the ONLY auto shop I will be taking my car to.

My first time here for winter tires change. As I waited I could tell the locals liked the shop. I enquired about winter rims, the mechanic didn't try to up sell and even suggested maybe looking for used rims after the winter season. Ill be back!
