Horrible customer service. DO NOT get your blouse stitched here. She will not deliver it on time, even with a 3-day grace period. They'll laugh it off and make excuses, including the owner who has no accountability. They lack respect and professionalism. Do not recommend.
We have been shopping with this ownership for a while now, quite satisfied. Akaram Silk has a very commendable selection of all silk eastern attires, very nice indeed. My wife and I have been very satisfied with their excellent service. Recently, we were there shopping. Realizing the attendant was falling short of our expectation, the owner came over and took over personally, and performed admirably, convincing my wife to select one of the sarees. We would happily recommend Akaram Silk for anything silk, for their selections and service.
Horrible experience shopping here… the woman helping us seemed angry that we were asking her to show us the different sarees, she was very forceful but not helpful. We were shopping for my wedding saree, of course we want to see options, not just pick the first thing we see. Would highly recommend going anywhere else for sarees.
Tharshini is so kind and very helpful. It was my first time visiting the store. They have very good quality and variety of things under one roof. Very much impressed.
The owner is very rude I went yo exchange half saree showel I understand its 7 days exchange but its not used i have tag on with original receipts. Even in some canadian store they let us exchange if more than 7 days. I have told that man I am coming from far. Very rude person the customer service very bad. I have going to this so long the wife is very decent and sweet.

I came here with my family today looking for a saree for my cousin’s wedding and to say that the service is terrible would be understating it the workers haggle you into buying something even if you say you’re not interested the prices are ridiculously high for the quality of dresses you’re looking at and to top it off if they state that they’re giving you a discount trust me you can get far better at any other cultural clothing store. If you’re looking for quality traditional wear don’t come here there are dozens of other places that not only sell at better prices but also have the quality to justify them as well I would and will never come here again and I’d advise you it’ll be a smart decision to do the same
