Took my son there and loved it. There were sizes that really fit him and he didn't have to force himself into any of the clothes. He was finally comfortable in his clothes.
I visited this store and was greeted by Sarah, she has a big warm welcoming smile and she managed to help me pick out two shirts for my husband which is difficult always. Andrew helped me with the sizing. Great service and team work. I’ll be going back to this Milton location.
I’ve been a loyal customer to the store over 10 years and today I went to return a button up shirt that was too small, but there was a tag missing so they wouldn’t do anything for me when I had the receipt absolutely atrocious and the dark haired tattooed woman here who used to be so nice has become so ignorant it’s unbelievable!!! The last few times I’ve been to the store she has treated me and looked at me like a second class citizen. Not sure why she’s on her high horse. The joke is her and I would joke in conversation all the time when I came in here but lately, it’s a totally different story. Sadly, this is also the woman that sold my wife and I her wedding dress when she worked across the road the way I was treated by her today was absolutely disgusting. I will never be returning to the store and I’ve spent a good $10,000 here. What a shame I will never be back and you guys Should maybe consider hiring people that are a little nicer to your customers to say I am upset as an understatement PS I also left the shirt and the receipt there I didn’t really need the $49 back that bad after I’ve spent over 10,000 in the store!!! I would appreciate someone reaching out to me from upper management to discuss this matter further! I also have a good 20 friends that come here so I’ll be making sure that they will never return to this place horrible business!
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in Canada. Mean stuff especially the men. I ended up not buying because it felt like I was doing wrong to want to buy from their store… I saved my money for another store that knew how to handle clientele.
They have sizes for bigger men and lots of variety like jackets , pants and shirts whatever is required . Saleswoman was also very kind and quick . I wanted a pants with same size dimenision which was not at that time in rack . she run through the back and quickly got that . It may see expensive at first like 100$ for pants and other things but compare that to tailored made it is very affordable . So go for it
