The lady that was working today, December 17 2025 around 6 o’clock The lady was very unprofessional with me screamed at me and clearly marked most stuff wrong. I bought over $200 worth of stuff and everything was marked wrong so I came back so I can get a price match for the price that was listed and she refused, and she kept arguing with me and she kept on arguing and then she said that she would try her best but she did not she acted very unprofessional she waved her hair around with sass, I am very disappointed and surely will never be coming back here if anyone has or hasn’t came here before I recommend you’re not coming here. It is terrible customer service and this something needs to be done about This and she pressured me to Get a text message for 30% off and when I said oh can I use it? She declined it and told me no out of the $200. She said she would give me a three dollar and 25 store credit. This was terrible experience. I recommend you not coming here and then she proceeded to kick me out of the store and going on about how she has other customers to deal with like girl be so for real you only had one person and she left after like two minutes delete it that was screaming and arguing with me was a Dark brown lady with long hair and fat I would like to hear from management thank you.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Suzy in Eglinton. The customer service from Kedish and Vithusha, the floor manager, was top-notch. I had so many questions about my outfit choices, and Kedish was an absolute angel, so patient and helpful with every single one. The manager, Vithusha, also came over and contributed a fantastic idea that made my shopping trip even better. The team's professional and personal touch made all the difference. If you're going to Suzy Eglinton to shop, I can tell you from experience that their customer service is truly exceptional.
I am there regular customer and I am a pastage member I always get good deals from there. They always reduce there price They have big collection ladies good and grab yours fav ones quickly
It was such a great store. The store was very clean. There we're alot of great sales on for such cheap prices. From blouses to pants and etc. The customer Service experience was great. I'm most definitely going back to that store. Thank you for your support and service.
Walked in there and was the only customer in the store at the time. Saw 2 associates, no one greeted me even though I passed them several times. No one asked if I needed help. Definitely lack customer service. I asked a question regarding an item and was told whatever is out or wherever you got it from. When a European couple came in, they were immediately greeted, offered help, even had help searching for items/stock. Will never visit this location again. They need new staff that is willing to serve ALL customers. They are not deserving of the one star but it is the only way to leave a review.
Staff is friendly. Has variety of apparels and sizes to choose from. Changing rooms were available for trial. Staff were sanitizing changing rooms after each customer. However, there are no carts and no shopping bags to carry your clothes. My hands got really tired of carrying those clothes all the time. Very irritating experience that was. I did not want to try more clothes just because I got so irritated carrying the ones that i finalized. I would recommend to have at least shopping bags. Other than that the customer service was good!
The staff here makes shopping here a total 5 star experience! Everyone is so sweet. The one staff member that sticks out is the super nice blonde (short hair)young lady. As I was shopping, I heard her complimenting a few of the elderly customers on how good their clothing looked. It's clear that she made their day! She treated me like a queen and all I did was buy 1 item. The staff seem so happy to be there. I will be back!! The clothing is nice and there is always a sale. Currently they have a 50%off sale going on.
