I had a disappointing experience with the customer service during my recent visit. The staff member assisting us seemed unsure about basic questions and repeatedly had to check with another colleague. When we asked for clarification, the manager on duty responded with, “I already explained it to you,” which came across as dismissive and unhelpful. As customers, we expect clear communication and respectful assistance, especially from management. This interaction left us feeling unheard and dissatisfied. I hope the store provides better training and focuses on improving customer service moving forward.
The lady who worked on Friday (December 5th) Looks like manager She’s extremely rude and doesn’t wanna explain if customer has confusion regarding something. We were asking to one of the other employee who apparently doesn’t know anything, so she went to the manager confirming about recycling stuff that we wanted to sing up for, and she freaked out and said I have already explained to them, with a rude face and accent. This is really unacceptable, and should not be tolerated. Customer service should be top priority:) with humble and kindness.
I came during black friday and although it was pretty busy the customer service was great! I had a worker named Ryan help me find a nice shirt for a christmas party. He was very patient and helpful with me. Great customer service.
I really wanted to give a shout out to the manager here named Angel. He went above and beyond anything that I can imagine and was incredibly friendly and professional. Dealing with him was an absolute pleasure and these are the kind of people that you want as managers. I will deal with this store all the time now even though I live in Windsor, Ontario! Thank you so much guys and angel. You are an amazing manager
Standing in guess right now with my 300 dollar watch that I rceieved for Christmas and they so who were able to take my watch apart but not get it back together. And leaving me with nothing but a broken a watch . 2 days after I recieved it telling me to go back to square one where it was purchased and that they could do nothing about it.
Unfortunately the store manager is too aggressive and racist. She shouted at a customer today morning because she thought that they dropped a display bag! Anyone wants to go there has to be very careful and try the best to not come close to any dropped item!
I don’t understand how Rude and mean unhelpful unhappy the managers in this location so lazy If u want to Exchange something or return it They turn to be soooo rude Stay away from this location it’s the worst
