The lady that was working today, December 17 2025 around 6 o’clock The lady was very unprofessional with me screamed at me and clearly marked most stuff wrong. I bought over $200 worth of stuff and everything was marked wrong so I came back so I can get a price match for the price that was listed and she refused, and she kept arguing with me and she kept on arguing and then she said that she would try her best but she did not she acted very unprofessional she waved her hair around with sass, I am very disappointed and surely will never be coming back here if anyone has or hasn’t came here before I recommend you’re not coming here. It is terrible customer service and this something needs to be done about This and she pressured me to Get a text message for 30% off and when I said oh can I use it? She declined it and told me no out of the $200. She said she would give me a three dollar and 25 store credit. This was terrible experience. I recommend you not coming here and then she proceeded to kick me out of the store and going on about how she has other customers to deal with like girl be so for real you only had one person in there I would like to hear from management thank you.
I had an amazing experience at this store! The staff is very friendly and helpful. A special mention to the tall lady at the cash counter — she provided excellent service and made my visit so pleasant. I highly recommend this location!
I had one of the best shopping experiences this morning at the STC location. Both Dikia and Joey were easy to approach, friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable about their products and honest. I'll definitely be shopping at this location again. Thank you ladies!
I went to Suzy store at STC on a Saturday late afternoon. The store was busy and there was only one cashier working named Joey. She was working way beyond her shift because the employee who was supposed to replace her was late. In that busy pace Joey was very professional and patient with every customer. Giving her 10 stars. Stopped by yesterday looking for professional attire. Masouda was a doll! She was kind and helpful. As a mother, im used to wearing sweats all day. Masouda was patient with me and helped me find the perfect business outfit. And it was on sale! I will definitely be going back.
