I got my shoes last year same store when it was on Lawrence road opposite side that time I had good experience but this time Sales persons are very rude even don’t know how to talk with customers specially a white old guy he is very rude so no body will come to you if you hired this kind of sales persons
Tamicha and the other staff were like this location: excellent. Lots of great buys. What I really liked was being able to see the whole store from the entrance. I bought 2 pairs of pants and 3 shirts recently and one exchange was needed. Smooth transaction. I like everything about this store. Like another guide, it's my first time at the new location since they moved from across the street. It's on the outside of the mall facing Lawrence Avenue and the Scotia Bank. Lots for men and women.
I really enjoyed my shopping here. Especially the friendliness of staff. It was fun to get help from Srushti. She gave her best to ensure that I get what I wanted.
Staff was friendly and helpful store was clean and organized. while I was being helped I witnessed 6 customers check out and I think 4 out of 6 were extremely rude to the staff people need some patience the staff is not hired to coddle you they have a line to work with and they also do a lot of corporate orders some customers may need some extra time with orders if you can’t wait 5 to 10 minutes in a line maybe do your shopping online take a breath people show a little respect to the service workers I know I wouldn’t have wanted to be talked to the way I herd some of the customers talking to the staff
New location, on the south side of Lawrence...part of Cedarbrea Mall. Next to Winners, east of NoFrills. The entrance is outside, from the parking lot. Plenty of parking and nearby bus stops.
Very bad experience, we just bought a shoes before 4 months ago, the shoes was totally damage. When we go to the store for replacement, they said we have only 100 days warranty, we cannot do anything. The manager does not even handle our case properly and did not responded us. Worst experience ever.
Good quality clothing but prices are ridiculous. I've only actually walked out with something from there when going to pick up mandatory uniforms I've worn while being a Superintendent.
