I had such a great experience at Dynamite! The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for and made me feel welcome. Honestly, they were the best — one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely come back again!
The staffs in Dynamite STC always have such a bad attitude like they are better than you or something. The attitude of the staffs really repels people going to shop there. Please do better.
I had a disappointing experience with the staff at Dynamite. We urgently needed a specific dress for an upcoming party, and the only available piece in the required size was on the display mannequin. Unfortunately, the staff refused to assist us in retrieving it or even offer an alternative solution, such as replacing the mannequin display with another size. This level of unhelpfulness and lack of flexibility was unexpected from a brand like Dynamite, especially when we were clearly in need and willing to make a purchase. I hope the management addresses such issues to improve customer service in the future.

Shout out to Cecilla for providing FANTASTIC service today while helping me. She was friendly, patient and very attentive while I was in the store trying on outfits for almost an hour. Will definitely come back to this location when I am in the area.
My wife just returned items to this store and the customer service we’ve receives is phenomenal. The cashier who assisted her was patient, empathetic and helped us get our returns sorted. I ordered online and payed through Klarna app but did not get an email confirmation from Dynamite CA. She took her time to submit a refund manually and did it with patience and grace even though she had to assist other customers too. Sorry we did not get your name but Thank you!!!
The store is pricy but what store isn't now. Love their clothes, totally cute and in fashion. Customer service was also pretty helpful in finding my size and making me feel good.
