can you please tell the employees to stop overly greeting people? i noticed some people saying they get ignored, but i always have the opposite experience. within 5 minutes of being here, i am greeted by every employee aggressively like, i barely even looked at anything yet and it got so annoying/overwhelming, i had to just leave. couldn’t browse in peace, please stop :(
Beyond happy with my experience at this garage ! To be honest I’ve never had a bad experience in any of the garage stores as I feel they do an excellent job in ensuring their staff is outgoing, bubbly, helpful and just overall very personable. But yesterday really stood out for me, as Asia went above and beyond to not only help me with my exchanges but then when I wasn’t able to get the right size due to items being sold out, she allowed me to do a return. Asia was an absolute pleasure and truly made my whole day, she demonstrated an understanding of a difficult situation for me and ensured I had a positive outcome. Thank you again Asia, I know it may seem small but you truly made a difference to a not so great day !
The experience that I got here last weekend is very unpleasant. I went here with my cousins because one of them wanted to get a dress. The dress fits well however you can smell that there were dried sweat on it because people were trying it on so I told my cousin that I will ask for a fresh one that is not on the display because I didn't want her to get any skin disease or something from that dress. I approached one of the staff there and explained to her that we need a fresh one or something that's not in the display. She gave me a very disgusting look and told me "this is small, are you sure about this?" I felt so body shamed by someone who is not even far from my size. She didn't move she was just staring at me while waiting for my answer, when I said it's not for me that's the only time she said ok. This type of attitude should not be tolerated especially in customer facing environment, the body shaming that I got from this staff is ridiculous. I will spread the word to my family, friends and colleagues so they can avoid going to this store and not to support judgemental and body shaming people.

I walked into the store today looking for leather flare pants and Cherry and the other Asian girl (I forgot her name) were SO SO SO helpful. They were super patient, welcoming & checked the back of the store multiple times to help me get my size and right colour. Compared to other stores where you have to go and ask for help, this wasn’t the case here. These two were so welcoming & nice, it made the experience so much better. I got what I wanted, left the store happy and will definitely be back! Thanks again to those two.
