I am amazed to come to the store today and get help by Nita. Very professional, knowledgable and helpful about furniture. I m highly reccomended Midha's furniture. Everything my parents have purchased from here has broken. Dresser handles broke and an entire drawer collapsed. Not to mention it’s ultimately cheap looking. Staff are nice, that’s the only positive. Save your money and shop elsewhere, so many amazing furniture places and even buying secondhand is waay better. Trust me.
My family recently purchased dining table with six chairs. Since the type of the table and chairs were not in their stock, they told us to import directly from Turkey and gave us timeline of 1 month. They kept their words and delivered us as per our need. They are the most reliable and trustworthy supplier among those suppliers we experienced around Keneddy road. They have high quality products and wonderful service of delivery and assembly with care If it was not restricted to 5 scores, I would have liked to score them 100. Shout out to Midha Furniture!

The furniture quality is excellent — sturdy, stylish, and exactly what we were looking for. A big thank you to Neeta Aunty, who not only guided us with patience but also gave us a great deal. She made the buying process so smooth and stress-free. Part 2 – Delivery Team The delivery team was fantastic! Jeeva and Sugentha were on time, polite, and extremely helpful in getting everything delivered and set up perfectly. They handled the furniture with care and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted. Truly professional and very kind. They also gave us advice on how to handle the furniture properly. Highly recommend this store for both their products and their amazing people!
We were looking for a recliner sofa set and went to many places. Found Midha thru an online search. Manager was very helpful over the phone so we visited the Brampton location and purchased a floor model at a great price compared to other places. Delivery was on time and Jaidde took the time to ensure the furniture was adjusted correctly to our satisfaction.
Terrible experience after placing our order and had paid in full. I purchased a left facing couch while in the store. I was told they had the couch IN-STOCK which is the reason we decided to purchase as we needed a couch asap. One week later the week of delivery I called the store 6 times looking for a delivery time and they kept saying they would call back and never did. Two days before delivery I was informed that they did not have the couch in stock and it would be two weeks until it arrived. Needing the couch for move in day we said fine we will take a refund and find another option. After SEVERAL painful 45 minute phone calls demanding a refund they pulled a couch out of no where for our delivery date. The delivery men showed up with no masks on and could not get the couch through our door (fine our fault) and when I asked for help they blamed me for the headache and refused to take the couch back. Terrible experience would never buy from here again and advise others the same.
I loved my golden bedset. I called the company to order and they handled the process very professionally and quick. I also received my bedset very promptly which is very much appreciated. Their customer service (which was handled by the owner) is great. I very much recommend their company for any future furniture purchases.
