I recently bought a sofa from Paramount Furniture, and I can't express how happy I am with my experience! The quality of the sofa is absolutely fantastic, and it matches everything I wanted perfectly. Singh was amazing throughout the shopping process. He took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. His customer service was outstanding friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful! The sofa was delivered right on time, just as Singh promised, which I really appreciated. If you're planning to visit Paramount furniture make sure to ask for Singh. He will help you find great quality furniture at really good prices. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer, which made all the difference. Overall, I highly recommend this store!
Purchased 2 sectionals at the Scarborough location- our sales associate Nira was fantastic. The ladies at customer service were also great- they would answer any questions I had and would call me back regarding delivery. The two delivery guys Gurwinder and Mahinder called me before the delivery- arrived on time even with the snow. These guys were great- professional , fast and efficient . Thank you Paramount for making this a smooth and easy process- will definitely be purchasing more furniture in the future
This was probably the worst costumer service we have ever had. First when delivering the couch, they keep on postponing and lying about the delivery date, not even calling us back when they didn’t show up, and when they wanted to show up was always around 1am. Then once we received the couch in September, there were missing parts, when they came back after a long time, they brought the wrong parts and still missing some, to this day, end of the year, we are still waiting on the missing parts. We try to call them, and everytime we use a new phone number, they don’t call us back, because probably they block and avoid to resolve the issue. I strongly do not recommend this place.. it is bad, unreliable and unprofessional.
Had a mixed experience buying from here, but Harish was great help as a sales rep and went above and beyond to deliver my items within desired time. Also special mention of the delivery team - Anmol and Manjinder, they’re fast, efficient and assembled all the items in a jiffy. I’d recommend this store but be warned of store commitments on sale (which was the reason I took away one star)
They show you one thing in the store and deliver something completely different. The color, size, and finish were all wrong. When I asked for an exchange, they said the correct item was “on the way” it’s been 4 months!
I have ordered from paramount. Was supposed to receive information on my delivery. I have called paramount twice in 2 days and they continue to say they will call me back and I never receive a call back. Be cautious to order here. I have yet to receive my order.
Very bad experience with the technical agents..instead of explaining us how to assemble they are just bluntly disrespectfully talking. I would never recommend this store ever.
