They must have paid to delete my review after reporting their awful, fraudulent behavior so I'm posting it again. I bought a so called Canadian made sofa bed here and warranty and it fell apart in less than two years. The salesperson pushed hard for the warranty and made promises on what it covers, but in the end it covers nothing. They just tell you it's too expensive to repair your item and offer you the depreciated value of it, which is barely more than the warranty itself. Deeply dishonest salespeople, terrible customer service and straight up trash quality furniture. Avoid at all costs. The only reason they seem to have good ratings is because you can just pay to have bad ones removed. I'll keep posting mine however many times needed.
We had an amazing experience at Selacy furniture! They have great quality products at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Anytime we called even after our purchase, they answered promptly. We would definitely be going back for future purchases.
I had a very bad experience with Selacy Furniture. The reception staff clearly lack customer service ethics. When I called to inquire about the delivery of a Pooja Unit, which was supposed to be delivered on time, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but they also gave false promises about the delivery date. Their unprofessionalism and rude behavior made the situation even more frustrating. I am not at all happy with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.
It saddens me to low rate a business but I also feel it's an obligation to share this review. 'The guy incharge' Joe I believe is his name, Truly arrogant and ignorant. Made a comment "we were a time waste" who would do that to a customer, the one who drove 14kms to your showroom and to hear "we can't beat our online prices" to me that was a joke and 'a time waste' for us. *STICK TO BUYING ONLINE* Because if you got to showroom: a) they aren't respectful and worth your time b) they can't beat their own online prices. The female staff we dealt with was good but unfortunately her manager is a mistake!
