We placed the order in dec for 2 queen beds with side tables, one mattress and mattress protector. We got the delivery of two queen beds with side table. Still waiting for mattress and mattress protector. The day we got delivery they had mattress with the load. But delivery guy said it’s not for you. Your mattress will be delivered next week or so. Called many times and it’s not resolved. Talked directly to sales representative Arav. Still didn’t get any response. Worse experience ever

Scam company — avoid at all costs. We were promised made-to-order delivery in 10–15 days. It took nearly 2 months and we received the wrong couch. They advertised free delivery, but we were forced to pay $200 for “special delivery” because their call center (based in India) kept randomly assigning delivery dates without confirming with us. We live in a condo and need to schedule elevator use, but they ignored that completely — we had to reschedule 5 times. When we visited their store in Scarborough, it was already closed. One of the owners, “Arav,” asked me to e-transfer him personally to his own account for the delivery fee — highly unprofessional. The delivery team was rude, refused to unload the couch unless paid in cash first, and wouldn’t bring it inside unless we complied. We ended up paying $2,400 total for the wrong item, with zero customer service and constant stress. Do NOT trust their free delivery claim — it’s misleading. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The furniture I received was in terrible condition—poor quality, not as described, and clearly not inspected before delivery. Trying to get in touch with them was a nightmare. I spent days trying to reach someone, and when I finally did, the communication was frustrating and unhelpful. No urgency, no accountability, and no real effort to make things right. Save yourself the trouble, shop somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.
Buyers be aware, first they mess up your order. 2 out of 4 items ordered were correct only. I refused to accept the delivery of 1 incorrect item but accepted 1 incorrect item. Coffee table ordered was of silver color, but they delivered golden. I was like okay, but did not accept the incorrect color of bed. Now, these guys won’t show up to fix the recliner which has 1 year warranty. Won’t pick up calls. Seriously accepted better customer service
Scammers alert ⚠️ The store is empty There's no business running there, but these Scammers still have the address n contact number that doesn't work still on online. After almost a year of taking my money, but no delivery, I decided to check today. I met the store closed with a notice to lease. I called the number here, no response. In fact, the number wasn't in existence. Please be careful with these fraudulent folks!
I did shop most of my house furniture from this store. The sales rep Jasmeet and Sneha were very nice as they offered a great deal. However I was not happy with the customer service department as they are yet to complete the service after 5 months of purchase. Update- Tried reaching out to Customer service by call and mail for past 2 months but was never able to connect to the right person. 7 reminders dropped to Varsha but no response received so far.
