I took my cousins who are international students to the furniture stores on Kennedy road. We visited this store at the end of the day( late evening) before the store closing. The owner gave us an amazing deal that matched our budget. The owner is very nice and gave us lots of good advices. The delivery was on time and the delivery people were so nice. They finished moving the furnitures inside on time and properly. The furnitures are brand new. We still cannot believe that we got the best deal!!!! Thank you RK Furniture!!!
I wish I could give them ZERO rating. I bought sofa sets of three from them and got warranty for 5 years. Within a year all the sofas were falling a part. And material so cheap. I tried to call few times and go there to talk to them. They ignore me and stopped taking the calls. Refuse to get me my money back or replace the sofas like they said. And the girl who sold me she runs away every time I tried to go there and talk to her. Don’t waste your money and time with them. They are liar and cheat, who doesn’t deserve to be in business. They rob people blindly and not keeping their promise when they get paid.
We ordered a couch set from dine and Suites in Scarborough. When they delivered we saw that they did a bad job. Especially the handles of each couch are very bad made. The fabric on each handle is not smooth and has creases. There are not enough filling and sponge material under the fabric of handles and it creates creases and dents. My husband went to the store and talked to the store manager, Jamal, and he told he will email the workshop. However neither the store manager nor the workshop that made the couches did do anything. This store just charge people and deliver products with very low quality. They don't stand behind their product. There is no customer satisfaction rule in this store. I normally cover the couches with sheets and sit on them that I don't see them. Every time I have guests and take the covers off and I see the ugly handles I get made and furious that I spent too much money for the set. They don't stand behind their products and there is no customer support after they get the money.
Terrible place to buy furniture. Seems like the owner is very money hungry and will sell you anything to get your money. We had our items delivered and assembled for an agreed upon price. When the assembly people came they asked for more money and took a piece of our furniture with them back to the store when we said No. the store owner also plays a part in this as I had to go back and and fourth with him over $50 and still had to pay the extra money for him to give me back my furniture even after showing the original invoice. Terrible place, quality and service. Would not recommend
Useless customer services with cheat and cheap business owners, 100% liars, while bargaining and selling. All items delivered are disposable and second class.
Awful experience . We bought a firm mattress and a sectional 8 months ago from this store. They delivered sectional after 2 and half months which suppsed to be delivered in 4 weeks. Also We only used mattress for 6 months. After only 6 months usage, it was super soft. When we called the manager, he told we have to buy another mattress, and rudely cut of the phone. If I know how and where I can make complain, for sure I do it. We gotta buy another mattress from sleep country due to back pain. Very disappointed and never never recommended.
From start to finish my experience at RK furniture was positive one. I got a fair price for the furniture I purchased. The sales rep Prish was great and very helpful. Only reason I am not giving them a 5 star is because the delivery process was a mess. My delivery was late and done over 4 days. I understand things happen, but that was very annoying. Also my furniture which was very heavy was left in my hallway so we had to find away to get the furniture to our bedrooms.I have had a few weeks to use the furniture and it is great quality.
