Farzad is great. He did a lot of work in our home and each time he was fast, efficient and honest. Work was well done, on time, met his commitments and service was great. Very satisfied.
I interviewed several companies before coming across Farzad. He sounded very knowledgeable and we decided to have him replace our A/C. I can’t say enough good things about his level of professionalism. They were on time and did a great job very quick. Their price was also very fair and reasonable. I definitely suggest them to anyone who’s seeking similar services.
Our old AC needed replacing but if we live in a town house meaning that the unit needs to be brought upstairs to the roof top, adding a bit of challenge to the installation. But that was no problem for the Air Empire team. They were super efficient and professional. I highly recommend their service!
So here’s what happened. I live in a townhouse complex. My AC stopped blowing cold air and that too in middle of the heat wave. I contacted many HVAC techs and most either did not respond or were too busy. I had one refrigeration tech set appointment at 11am the other day and since no one was home I had to leave work about 7 hours early and when I got here the guy made his son call me to tell me that he does not do ductless AC….. he did not even see me in person nor did he even take a look at the unit to see what he’s dealing with and had just driven around the complex and left. Turns out it wasn’t a ductless system. Anyways that’s a whole another review on his business page. Me being a first time homeowner and not having knowledge of Ac systems, called multiple technicians and explaining that mine is supposedly a ductless AC system and they all declined. I then called Air Empire and Farzad not only made an appointment with me right the next day but helped me install a new AC unit the SAME DAY!! since the old unit that the seller left me with was toasted. He was great with pricing and was very thorough with his work. He helped me explain everything about the unit and what was wrong with the old unit. He explained what’s the difference between ductless and the one I have (side discharge). He’s really passionate about his work and you can tell. When no one was willing to help, Farzad went above and beyond. I will recommend all my friends and family to Air Empire inc for their refrigeration heating and cooling needs!!!! FARZAD u the man!
