These guys came in upon my husbands request to take a look at our AC, they did a terrible job by misdiagnosing and got very defensive when we said so. They also seem to get very defensive upon receiving a negative review. Don’t get defensive, get better. One technician came the same morning and sort of diagnosed the problem (at least he said there is something wrong with compressor and you guys failed terribly to even do that) but couldn’t offer any solution and told me to try something which didn’t work out and then David showed up, as he showed up, we noticed that he is almost or more than 70 years old and has hearing problem and his English was hard to understand, when we messaged Kevin about it, he just shrugged it off and then told me that we were rude to say that. We call it spade a spade, if you want to call a spade an ace, we call b.s. he claims that three other technicians came in to take a look at the AC, ONLY ONE TECHNICIAN CAME BEFORE YOU GUYS. Also, WE DID NOT NEED A CONTACTOR and my neighbor who fixed the problem after working on it for 2 hours, HE DID NOT JUMP ANY WIRES. Let’s not argue about that and he officially works for Enercare, which is huge corporation when compared to yours. Just admit that you’re terrible in this one instance.

Do not go with them!!! Really not happy about their service. We based our decision on the 4.8 but it’s far from being the service we expected. First they arrived 3h late at our house. I mean to which extent are you stuck in traffic. We had arranged our day to be home when they would come. Second, they were rushing to get this done and broke a glass frame when installing their material. Lastly and the most unacceptable part is that they did not cover air vents as they should and we had black nasty dust EVERYWHERE in our house: on the windows, on the floor, on the bed sheets, on the table, the chairs, and on our brand new cabinets. how can you not do your job properly when you’re already 3h late? I cannot believe we paid for this service; they costed us more money in the end with the frame and cleaning fees. I strongly suggest choosing another company.
Kevin sent one of his teams to our house for duct cleaning and they did a fantastic job! They arrived a little early and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They kept their workspace neat and tidy and were very respectful of our home. They also took care of a bunch of little things they noticed along the way while doing the duct cleaning. Very helpful and honest guys. It's something thats hard to find in this business, but I promise you're in good hands with Kevin and Quality Home Comfort.
