We've hired Kahleel several times - first in our rental, where he always did excellent work for less than I expected to pay - and now in our house, where he inspected our HVAC system after we took possession. Amazingly, his opinion on our old water heater - from 2006 - was that if it keeps working, wait until you need to replace it, and then do so (which is to say he didn't upsell us, and that's why we'll hire him to replace it when we need to). Absolutely excellent.

In a state of emergency at our house with our Tankless water heater broken down on a busy Friday night, We didn't find any company willing to come and see what was wrong with the Hot water heater. All these Companies we called for... 3 ... days were interested in was replacing the water heater over a phone conversation. Without seeing the problem. Well? After calling" Artisan Air and Heating" Cleo, The owner himself came to our home and brought parts which may have caused the problem, No charge. This, was unexpected great customer service. After installing the parts in question there were other issues to resolve which could have been worth more than having a NEW one installed. The only solution was to Replace the worn out Rinnai Unit which was over 17 years old. Artisan, came through for us. Cleo, recommended that the new Water heater be upgraded to a more efficient and higher output heater which was more appropriate for this size of home. The upgrade got us from only 7gallons per minute to 11.2 gallons per minute. The nice upgrade was installedvery professionally thanks to Cleo in a matter of just hours.
