My furnace quit and i called Metropolitan to come diagnose the issue. They said i needed a new furnace. I had a feeling they were more interested in selling new units rather then repairing/cleaning old ones. I called a second company over and their tech spent 3-4 hrs doing some simple cleaning and its working fine.
I truly like this company. Their technicians are truly knowledgeable and patient with answering every question(s) the customer needs to ask. They are reasonable in pricing as well. Thx u so much.

Amazing service!!! Called the off hours telephone number and left a message to someone to call me the next morning. The owner called me back right away to tell me a service person would be there the next day. The next morning the service man Steve , owner himself arrived. Extremely friendly and professional. He Fixed the issue efficiently and timely. I highly recommend this company. This is the 3rd time over the years I have call Metropolitian Heating and they have yet to disappoint me.
