HVAC4LESS was great. Chris was a nice guy to deal with. My furnace broke down 3 days ago , made calls and Hvac4less came up with the best price. A new furnace was installed on Wednesday the 10th December. The service man, Michael was very professional, was on time and he made sure not to leave a dirty behind. Today, November 30 Saturday afternoon Tony came to Install my water softener I know how good an installer is my husband was one. He took pride in his work, and I could see that Tony not all takes pride, but was very thoughtful and explained, and to be what he was doing, and included me in saying that it was done efficiently. I really am pleased with his work.
Tony (name is probably actually Mahmood) was incompetent and needed our help constantly for everything. Was worried about drilling a hole in our cement meanwhile he had a hammer drill with him. Was really nice, but was by no means qualified to be working on his own.
This company is a scam , I got my furnace from them and goodluck getting service it’s all 2nd party sub contractors with very little experience. Also Chris never replies or answers calls , thanks for the great service ! Strongly do not recommend!
Please stay away from this company, they are crooks, they installed my air-conditioner through a lease program, they put a lien on my home and it ended up costing me about 10k. After 3 years I had with it. They sent a tech who initially told me I need a new air-conditioner I started to complain and he than said it was the compressor and the fan and needed to pay 749 plus tax to get it repaired. I called a different company. They came out said it was the capacitor it cost me less than 100. Crooks, liars and incompetent
