Absurd experience. The staff here is insanely rude and unaware of their own products. The staff told me the product I selected had 20k puffs and 2 percent nicotine, later on that night I found out the vape the owner sold me had no nicotine in it at all it was a nicotine free vape. This happened wednesday night. When I called in and explained the situation the employees then had no consideration for the fact that their employee told me the vape had nicotine in it when it had none. Then blamed me for choosing the vape while laughing at me. Offered a 20% discount. The staff is insanely rude the owner is as well, I was very formal and polite throughout the interaction. Seemed to not care at all about the fact that the rep there lied to me about their own products. They keep non nicotine and nicotine vapes together for the Yummi brand. Please be careful and do not trust the employees. Absurd experience honestly.
The staff member I interacted with was very rude, possibly due to a language barrier. The way he chose his words in English came across as very disrespectful. Regardless, such behavior is unacceptable, and I hope he works on improving his attitude. However, they have a good collection worth giving a shot at least one time.
Love it!! close to my place and the owner is super friendly and talkative lol. There’s a variety to choose from and the the prices are decent. Recommend!!!
