Love this place. Staff are AMAZING, and aparently now they have a chocolate store. So yummy. Thank you to Spenc and friends for making me feel at home. Always come here and great price and variety!
I had an unpleasant experience with a salesperson at the store. He was arrogant, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. I called the store three times during the evening, but no one answered. Frustrated, I went to the store in person and asked the salesperson for a specific pod flavor from Flavor Beast. He claimed it was sold out without checking thoroughly. When I requested a different pod, he immediately started scanning for payment without showing it to me first, despite my request. While browsing, I noticed the very flavor he claimed was sold out on the other side of the counter. It was clear he didn’t even bother to verify the stock before denying my request. When I pointed this out, he became rude and argumentative.I asked him to log in to my account to earn points, but he ignored this entirely and processed the payment without any acknowledgment. It’s disappointing to see staff treat customers so poorly. I would request the store to train its employees to be more attentive and professional in dealing with customers.
I came here for the past 2 years i but a vape for 25 but now its when up by 1.25 more and they did nit let go that 1.25 i dont recomend ment this vape store
