I would like to recommend Elements Home Furnishings store. Samir was extremely patient, helpful and courteous to us during our shopping experience. My mom took some time to decide what she needed for her custom chest of drawers. Samir patiently explained all the details to both of us. We are very satisfied with the finished furniture and would like to thank Samir very much. He kept his word on the delivery time also. My mom would like to thank Samir and the delivery workers for all the assistance she received.
Extremely Disappointing Experience I purchased furniture worth $13,000 from Elements Home Furnishings for my new home, and this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They are extremely polite only until you place the order. Once the payment is made, there is no follow-up, no call back, and absolutely no respect shown to the customer. I was misled by their fake, paid Google reviews, which convinced me to shop here — a huge mistake. Delivery Experience – Unprofessional & Stressful They agreed to deliver two days after my closing and reassured me several times that the “delivery window” was only for formality and they would never wait for the last day for delivery. I kept calling and reminding them how important the timing was, and they kept promising it would be delivered. One day before the delivery window ended, they told me it would only arrive early morning on the final day. On the actual delivery day, there was no update at all. When I called around 11 AM, they came up with a new excuse: truck issues. They asked to push delivery by another day. I even offered to accept the delay if they could arrange assembly service to compensate since I had already booked someone — but they refused. Instead, they passed my number to the truck guys to convince me. Completely unprofessional. Manav, the person who took my order, never returned a single call on the delivery day while I am having issues with delivery from their end. And Fardeen was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional every time I tried to get an update. Instead of helping, he just kept giving excuses and speaking disrespectfully. This is not how customers who spend $13k should be treated. After all this, the furniture was finally delivered at 9.30PM at night. How is a customer supposed to accept a near-midnight delivery? What kind of business operates like this? It’s completely unacceptable and disrespectful to the customer’s time. If the management actually cared, they would take responsibility instead of making the customer suffer for their mistakes. Product Quality Issues • The bed comes in two pieces with a noticeable height difference. • The queen mattress arrived in a box and STILL hasn’t fully inflated even after a week. It looks like very cheap quality. Final Thoughts Toronto has hundreds of furniture stores offering excellent service. There is absolutely no reason to waste your money here and receive such terrible treatment. I also bought some furniture from Leons, and their professionalism and product quality were far superior. I received multiple calls from Leons even after delivery enquiring about the product quality and delivery service! There is no point supporting a local business if they don’t value or respect their customers. I strongly advise others to stay away from Elements Home Furnishings.
I just bought furniture for my new home from Elements and it was a great experience. Manav was very attentive and explained everything really well. He was knowledgeable and helped us make an informed decision. I highly recommend him and this store for furniture purchase.

I got a really nice couch from Elements for my condo. Manav was very nice and helpful and gave us a good price for it. The couch was ready for pickup within a few days of ordering which was great. I’m very happy with my purchase and have recommended this place to my friends.
