After undergoing surgery, they helped me rent and arrange an expedited delivery of a reclining lift chair to help me sleep better. Sanaa is an absolute delight. We purchased a rocker cum glider recliner chair for our nursery from them. Not only were the prices reasonable but their delivery was also swift and easy. Responsive and punctual. They were transparent in their conversation. Outside of the purchase - she was really kind to figure our requirements and listened patiently. I really wish they had more categories to pick from - I could have purchased more than just this one piece.
Very Accommodating to Film and Television Productions. Their Customer Support is spectacular. In June of 2024 I ordered a gorgeous recliner for my Mother's birthday. Sanaa and her husband delivered it to the West End that day and set up the chair and made sure that my Ma was comfortable and knew how to use it. In May of 2025, we had a series of black outs in a single day and as a result the chair wouldn't recline. The massage still worked. I spoke with Sanaa and she proposed replacing the recline remote, which is plug and play. I picked it up at their conveniently located shop and it works perfectly. Total Cost? Zero Dollars Wow!!! There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful they are. Highly recommended!!!
Wonderful staff and delivery. If I could give this company 100 stars I would. The recliner with heat and massage fit my budget and it suits my mom's changing physical needs. I appreciate everyone in this company who helped me it's wonderful to see people who not only sell great furniture but really care about their customers. I recently purchased a gliding rocking recliner, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The recliner itself is an absolute game-changer. It’s incredibly comfortable, provides excellent support for my back, and has been a lifesaver during my pregnancy. The quality is amazing, and the glider itself is incredibly comfortable it has become my favourite spot to relax in. Customer service was amazing, delivery was smooth and timely, and the setup process was easy. My husband was able to assemble it within 10 mins. Just fantastic!
Didn't have the best experience with the Nursery 360 Degree rocking chair my partner bought. The delivery was way later than the scheduled time , the cable mechanism to activate the leg rest wasn't installed properly with the brand new unit. We had figure out ourselves how to fix it.
