Rude guy on the phone. Wasn't forth coming with the answers. Didn't seem interested in making a sale. All we wanted to know of they had sofa beds and his responses made us choose a different furniture store.

Friendly but sometimes pushy. Furniture quality sucks! Just bought a sectional in December before Christmas and by New Year's Day the arm rests had collapsed just by us using our hands to help lift us off the couch!!!! As if the arm rests were made of cardboard. Terrible. Not buying anything else from here again.
